This one of a kind porcelain ceramic pitcher set is individually handmade by the artist.
I am very inspired by the shape and design the wine/bourbon barrels create. I find it interesting that the wood that was once a thriving tree now has turned into slats of woods. Then, it is wrapped by pieces of man made metal, and it is now used to age fine bourbons and wines. The artist uses various organic colors of woods for the barrel portion of the piece and an array metal shades/finishes.
This unique set has a new "shimmer" glaze added to the artist collection of work.
